Maui Mybiotics has been a mission of Dr. Sally Irwin for the past 12 years. During this time she has been learning about the human microbiome through her own research at the University of Hawaii Maui College and through the research of others around the world. Additionally she has been devoting time to helping people of all ages to understand the microbiome and its impact on their health and assisting them in developing their own health plan based on their diet, genetics, specific health conditions and environments.
Here are some of the projects Dr. Irwin has been involved with relating to both the microbiome and previous work in genetics.
